Pricing
How pricing works
No prices on this page, because a cooler on one roof is not a cooler on the next. You get the number in writing, and you approve it before work starts.
What drives the cost
For a start-up or repair:
Size and type of cooler, rooftop or window
Pad type and how many
Pump, motor, belt and float condition
Roof access and height
For a conversion: load calculation, ducts, electrical, permit and removal
What the estimate includes
The scope, written line by line.
Parts by name, pads by type
Labor and roof access
Permit and haul-away, if the job needs them
Warranty terms and how long the quote holds
What it leaves out
Anything we find after the quote is listed separately, with a reason, and waits for your yes before we touch it.
The visit
We look, test and explain what we found. You get the number and the options; the work starts only after you say yes.
Evenings and weekends
Our hours are on every page. We don't run a night line. If a cooler quits on a Saturday afternoon, call and we will tell you honestly when we can reach you.
When you get the number
At the visit for a start-up or repair. For a conversion, in writing after the home visit and the load calculation.
About the number
Do you charge for the quote?
Ask when you book. Whether a visit is billed, and whether its cost is credited to the work, is part of what we say before we come.
Will the number change on the day?
Not without you. If we open the cooler and find something the quote didn't show, we stop, tell you and wait for your decision.
Can I pay in parts?
For a conversion, the quote states the payment schedule, including any deposit and when each part falls due.
Ready for the visit?
Tell us what the cooler is doing and where you live. We reply with a week and a window.
